We’re a small design firm located in Surry Hills looking for someone who can play an integral role in the management of the firm whilst also enjoying flexible working arrangements.
Whilst the responsibilities of the role include management of our finances, accounts and monthly reporting, the role is much more than that.
Your responsibilities will extend to understanding project lifecycles; liaising with our Project Managers; managing and ensuring accuracy of project reporting on a weekly basis; assistance with procedures and systems implementation; office management duties such as stationary orders and receptionist duties of answering the phone and welcoming of guests.
The role would suit someone who is ‘IT-savvy’ and is at home learning new software. Experience with Xero would be an advantage but not a necessity – it is easily learnt!
Ideally we are seeking someone who would like to work 5 hours per day, say 9:30am – 3:00pm (with half hour for lunch) for five days of the week (i.e. 25 hours).
